Abstract

The dog's recurrent laryngeal nerve defect (1cm) was repaired by near vessels implantation of heat denaturation muscles as a bridge. Three months after operation, regenerative nerve neurite smoothly passed through muscle bridge, grew into distal isogenous nerves and formed function joint. The implanted vessels grew and branched in the muscle bridge. Six months later, the motor end plates of caryngeal muscle grew well, laryngeal electromyography showed that nerves contraction of laryngeal muscles built. Laryngoscopy showed that vocal cord moved to the normal position. The voice perfectly recovered.

通过热变性肌肉近血管植入作为桥梁修复犬的喉返神经缺损(1厘米)。术后三个月,再生神经神经突顺利通过肌桥,长入远端同源神经并形成功能连接。植入的血管在肌桥中生长并分支。六个月后,喉肌运动终板生长良好,喉肌电图显示喉肌神经收缩建立。喉镜检查显示声带移至正常位置。声音完全恢复。
