Abstract
A new nasal tip splint is described. It is used to reduce the disadvantages of prolonged postoperative edema and fibrosis after mestizo nose surgery with the techniques of open rhinoplasty with or without skin columellar incision. It thus offers more predictable long-term results, similar to those observed during surgery.
