Scarring of corrosive stomach ulcers under conditions of their Helium-Neon endoscopic laser therapy was studied in 512 gastrobiopsies from 34 patients. Early and regular laser therapy results in ulcer healing without a pronounced stage of leukocytic melting of necrotic tissues. Ulcer healing is accelerated and results in the formation of a fine scar with an active involvement of lymphocytes at all stages. The absence of a grave purulent inflammation at early stages, predominance of mature fibroblasts, thin-walled vessels and evenly distributed collagen bundles at later stages seem to prove that laser therapy facilitates synchronization of the connective tissue cell activity, thus making regeneration of the epithelium more perfect.
在对34例患者的512份胃活检标本进行研究时,观察了腐蚀性胃溃疡在氦氖内镜激光治疗条件下的瘢痕形成情况。早期规律的激光治疗可使溃疡愈合,且不会出现坏死组织白细胞溶解的明显阶段。溃疡愈合加速,在各个阶段均有淋巴细胞的积极参与,从而形成细小瘢痕。早期无严重脓性炎症,后期成熟成纤维细胞、薄壁血管占优势且胶原束分布均匀,这似乎证明激光治疗有助于结缔组织细胞活动同步化,进而使上皮再生更加完美。
