Abstract
The article deals with the appraisal of the gastric mucosa in various developmental stages of pyloroduodenal stenosis. The characteristics of the mucosa after selective proximal vagotomy (SPV) and after resection of the stomach are compared. It was found that the normal structure of the gastric mucosa is restored 12 month after SPV. Chronic gastritis with signs of dystrophy as well as intestinal and pseudopyloric metaplasia develops after resection of the stomach.

本文探讨了幽门十二指肠狭窄不同发育阶段胃黏膜的评估。比较了选择性近端迷走神经切断术（SPV）后和胃切除术后黏膜的特征。研究发现，SPV术后12个月胃黏膜的正常结构得以恢复。胃切除术后会出现伴有营养不良迹象的慢性胃炎以及肠化生和假幽门化生。
