Two clear cell neoplastic lesions of the oral cavity, the first on the cheek and the second on the mucosa of the upper lip, were identified, in a 44 year old otherwise healthy man, 46 and 51 months after left nephrectomy for renal clear cell carcinoma. Basing on this case, unique for the double and limited metastasis of clear cell carcinoma of the kidney in the oral cavity, we discuss about the morphologic criteria usefull in the differential diagnosis of oral cavity clear cell tumors.
在一名44岁的健康男性中，于左肾切除术后46个月和51个月时，在口腔内发现了两个透明细胞肿瘤性病变，第一个位于脸颊，第二个位于上唇黏膜。基于这一在口腔内具有双发性且局限性肾透明细胞癌转移的独特病例，我们讨论了有助于口腔透明细胞肿瘤鉴别诊断的形态学标准。
