[Organization of epidemiological measures in surroundings of patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis with undetermined bacterial discharge].

It is stated that family members and neighbours of patients with active tuberculosis of the lungs with indefinite bacterial discharge are at higher risk to develop tuberculosis than other population. In such foci of tuberculosis prompt antituberculosis measures are recommended even though final results on bacterial discharge of the patient are not yet available.
