Abstract

We report about three cases of true aneurysm in the finger artery and one in the superficial palmar arch. Three of these developed after blunt trauma. Vascular reconstruction was performed either by direct suture or using a venous graft. Another case of a false aneurysm after finger replantation is reported.

我们报告了3例手指动脉真性动脉瘤和1例掌浅弓真性动脉瘤。其中3例在钝性创伤后发生。通过直接缝合或使用静脉移植物进行血管重建。还报告了1例手指再植术后假性动脉瘤的病例。
