Clinical, radiographic and electronic axiographic follow-up examinations were performed in 45 patients with a luxation or highly displaced fractures treated with traction screw fixation from 1984 to 1989. Axiographic findings gave an excellent objective evaluation of joint function. The excellent results achieved with traction screw fixation suggest that this method can be recommended for condyleal fractures of the mandible.
1984年至1989年期间，对45例采用牵引螺钉固定治疗的脱位或高度移位骨折患者进行了临床、影像学和电子轴位测量随访检查。轴位测量结果对关节功能进行了出色的客观评估。牵引螺钉固定取得的优异结果表明，该方法可推荐用于下颌骨髁突骨折。
