Abstract

The contents of genkwanin in Flos Genkwa processed in different ways were determined by TLC-densitometry. The result showed that the contents of genkwanin in different samples were 0.128%-0.389% and the rate of recovery was 98.8%, thus offering a reference to the selection of top processing technology.

采用薄层扫描法测定了不同炮制方法的芫花中芫花素的含量。结果表明，不同样品中芫花素的含量为0.128% - 0.389%，回收率为98.8%，为最佳炮制工艺的选择提供了参考。
