The Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction was identified by three dimensional HPLC. The result showed that the constituents in this decoction, namely Radix Bupleuri; Ramulus Cinnamomi; Radix Glycyrrhizae and Radix Scutellariae could all be identified clearly.
采用三维高效液相色谱法对柴胡桂枝干姜汤进行鉴定。结果表明,该汤剂中的成分,即柴胡、桂枝、甘草和黄芩均能被清晰鉴定。
