Abstract
A case of familial aneurysms of the anterior communicating artery is reported. The pathogenesis of familial aneurysms is discussed. Attention is called to the possibility of diagnosis of inruptured asymptomatic intracranial aneurysms in the subarachnoid haemorrhage patients' families.
