Some characteristics of cell reactions in the lymphoid organs of the immune system (the thymus, the spleen, lymph nodes), nonspecific resistance and specific humoral response in guinea pigs after their enteral infection with Y.enterocolitica serovars O3 and O9, differing in their virulence, were studied. Differences in the course and severity of Yersinia infections in guinea pigs were established: Y.enterocolitica O3 induced the development of the localized process and Y.enterocolitica O9, the generalized process. The reaction of the immune system was characterized by polyclonal immune response with decreased characteristics of nonspecific resistance, by the development of delayed hypersensitivity manifested by cell reactions in the lymphoid organs, by autoimmune reactions in the lymphoid organs, by autoimmune reactions and by the active production of agglutinins; the time of this reaction coincided with the maximum manifestations of the development of the infectious process.
研究了豚鼠经肠道感染毒力不同的小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌O3和O9血清型后,免疫系统淋巴器官(胸腺、脾脏、淋巴结)中的细胞反应、非特异性抵抗力和特异性体液反应的一些特征。确定了豚鼠耶尔森氏菌感染过程和严重程度的差异:小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌O3诱导局部病变发展,小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌O9诱导全身病变发展。免疫系统的反应特征为多克隆免疫反应,非特异性抵抗力特征降低,表现为淋巴器官中的细胞反应的迟发型超敏反应发展、淋巴器官中的自身免疫反应、自身免疫反应以及凝集素的活跃产生;该反应的时间与感染过程发展的最大表现相吻合。
