The results of treatment of 116 patients with diseases of hepato-pancreatoduodenal zone organs, complicated by obstructive jaundice, are adduced. In 63 patients the laparoscopy was applied, in 39--an external drainage of the biliferous ducts with the help of laparoscopic cholecystostomy or cholangiostomy and the direct radiopaque investigation of biliferous system. After the liver function indexes normalization and the jaundice liquidation an operative intervention using laparotomy was done. Lethality was 1,72%.
列举了116例肝胰十二指肠区器官疾病合并梗阻性黄疸患者的治疗结果。63例患者采用了腹腔镜检查，39例患者借助腹腔镜胆囊造口术或胆管造口术进行胆管外引流，并对胆系进行直接造影检查。在肝功能指标恢复正常且黄疸消退后，采用剖腹手术进行手术干预。死亡率为1.72%。
