The analysis of diagnosis and treatment of 76 patients with obstructive jaundice of different genesis was carried out. In 20 cases, an unloading diagnostic laparoscopic cholecystostomy was created, direct roentgenologic examination of the bile ducts conducted, removal of concrements from the gallbladder by means of a choledochoscope performed. Twenty four patients with choledocholithiasis underwent the radical operation, 23 with jaundice of oncologic genesis-the palliative one. All the patients are alive.
对76例不同病因的梗阻性黄疸患者进行了诊断和治疗分析。其中20例行卸载诊断性腹腔镜胆囊造口术，进行胆管直接放射学检查，并通过胆道镜从胆囊中取出结石。24例胆总管结石患者接受了根治性手术，23例肿瘤性黄疸患者接受了姑息性手术。所有患者均存活。
