An abnormality in autonomic neural control in lung cancer has not yet been investigated. In the present work the role of histamine H1-receptors in the modulation of neurotransmitter receptors activity in human lung parenchyma in cancer is reported. It appeared that the activation of histamine H1-receptors may lead to the reduction of beta-adrenoceptors and the enhancement of muscarinic cholinergic receptors in cancer lung parenchyma. The above findings suggest the possibility of the interaction between neural and inflammatory systems in human lung cancer.
肺癌中自主神经控制的异常尚未得到研究。在本研究中,报告了组胺H1受体在调节人类癌性肺实质中神经递质受体活性方面的作用。结果显示,组胺H1受体的激活可能导致癌性肺实质中β-肾上腺素能受体减少,毒蕈碱胆碱能受体增加。上述发现提示了人类肺癌中神经和炎症系统之间相互作用的可能性。
