The natural occurrence of various mycobacteria and high morbidity rates due to mycobacteria-induced diseases among patients with immunodeficiency requires its precise diagnostic techniques. Numerous recent researches in tuberculosis microbiology discuss the impact of mycobacterial cell structural and functional changes on the occurrence of pulmonary disease. Mycobacteria isolated from the areas under special radiation control have been found to have a varying virulence. The spread of altered mycobacteria require not only microbiological, but also molecular genetic methods, which allows one gain a more insight into the nature of mycobacterial variability.
各种分枝杆菌的自然存在以及免疫缺陷患者中由分枝杆菌引起的疾病的高发病率需要精确的诊断技术。结核病微生物学领域最近的大量研究讨论了分枝杆菌细胞结构和功能变化对肺部疾病发生的影响。已发现从特殊辐射控制区域分离出的分枝杆菌具有不同的毒力。变异分枝杆菌的传播不仅需要微生物学方法,还需要分子遗传学方法,这使得人们能够更深入地了解分枝杆菌变异的本质。
