Abstract
A case of a solitary metastasis of a vulvar carcinoma we describe in the present paper. Anamnestic, a radical laser-vulvectomy with bilateral lymphonodectomy in 1986 (5 years ago) was carried out on account of a well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma (pT2 pN1 MX). The localization of this metastasis and the speed of progression under radiation therapy was very unusual.

我们在本文中描述了一例外阴癌孤立转移的病例。既往史方面，1986年（5年前）因高分化鳞状细胞癌（pT2 pN1 MX）进行了根治性激光外阴切除术及双侧淋巴结切除术。该转移灶的定位及放疗下的进展速度非常不寻常。
