Abstract

Laparoscopic hysterectomy was first performed in 1989 by Dr. H. Reich in the USA. Laparoscopic hysterectomy is a procedure which should be considered as an alternative to abdominal hysterectomy, not a substitute for vaginal hysterectomy. Traditionally, vaginal hysterectomy has been offered to women who have a small uterus with a degree of uterine descent, with no apparent adnexal pathology, pelvic adhesions, or large fibroids.

1989年，美国的H. 赖希医生首次实施了腹腔镜子宫切除术。腹腔镜子宫切除术应被视为腹式子宫切除术的一种替代方案，而非阴式子宫切除术的替代方案。传统上，阴式子宫切除术适用于子宫较小且有一定程度子宫脱垂、无明显附件病变、盆腔粘连或大肌瘤的女性。
