Abstract

310 samples of bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) from 90 patients with chronic inflammatory processes of lung were studied in the course of endobronchial laser influence. It is shown that considerable quantitative and qualitative changes in cell composition of BAL-fluid resulted from helium-neon laser influence: the percentage increase in macrophage amount, and the decrease in neutrophil number. Using the radioautographic analysis, stimulation of metabolic and proliferative reactions (on the level of RNA and DNA syntheses) of alveolar macrophages under laser influence was found. On the basis of morphological changes of cells in respiratory compartment of lung it is concluded that the clinical effect of laser treatment of chronic inflammatory processes in lung is conditioned by stimulation of regenerative-plastic reactions.

对90例患有肺部慢性炎症的患者进行支气管肺泡灌洗(BAL),共采集310份样本,在支气管内激光照射过程中对其进行了研究。结果表明,氦氖激光照射导致BAL液细胞组成发生了显著的定量和定性变化:巨噬细胞数量百分比增加,中性粒细胞数量减少。通过放射自显影分析发现,激光照射下肺泡巨噬细胞的代谢和增殖反应(在RNA和DNA合成水平)受到刺激。根据肺部呼吸区细胞的形态变化得出结论,激光治疗肺部慢性炎症的临床效果是由再生-塑性反应的刺激所决定的。
