An experience with treatment of 162 patients aged from 65 to 90 years with different kinds of atherosclerotic injuries of the pelvic and lower extremity vessels is described. The method of endovascular surgery (transluminal balloon and transluminal laser angioplasty) were used. Indications for choice of the operative procedures are considered. A classification of atherosclerotic lesions is proposed. The operative methods of treatment of patients alternative to the general surgical methods are shown to be effective.
描述了对162例年龄在65岁至90岁之间、患有不同类型盆腔和下肢血管动脉粥样硬化损伤患者的治疗经验。采用了血管内手术方法（腔内球囊血管成形术和腔内激光血管成形术）。考虑了选择手术操作的指征。提出了动脉粥样硬化病变的分类。结果表明，与普通外科手术方法不同的患者手术治疗方法是有效的。
