[One stage bilateral pulmonary resections through unilateral intercostal--mediastinal approach in patients with tuberculosis].

The paper summarizes the results obtained by the authors as a result of one-stage bilateral resection of the lungs via unilateral intercostal-mediastenal approach developed by the authors. The technique and indications are detailed. The positive outcomes favor introduction of this procedure for surgical treatment of bilateral respiratory tuberculosis.
