[Method of staining cation proteins of the polymorphonuclear leukocyte lysosomes in the histological paraffin sections].

A method has been proposed for detection of lysosomal cation proteins of polymorphonuclear leukocytes in histological paraffin sections. The method is based on staining of histological sections of Brank fluid-fixed material with an alcohol solution of green fast at pH 8.1. A 0.25% aqueous solution of azure A was used for poststaining of cell nuclei and viable bacteria.
