Vocal function of 28 patients following partial laryngectomy was studied with HGF-1 personal computer system. The system consists of spectrogram analysis of correlogram and sonogram. The result showed that different phonetic positions have different vocal functions. Vocal function of the patients who had new vocal cord and patients who received supraglottic hemilaryngectomy is nearly normal. Whereas vocal function of patients with supraglottic construction and speaking shunt is very poor. This system appears to be an objective and quantitative tool for vocal function study.
采用HGF - 1个人计算机系统对28例部分喉切除术后患者的发声功能进行了研究。该系统由相关图和声图的频谱分析组成。结果表明,不同的语音位置具有不同的发声功能。有新声带的患者和接受声门上半喉切除术患者的发声功能接近正常。而有声门上结构和发音分流的患者发声功能很差。该系统似乎是一种用于发声功能研究的客观定量工具。
