The Melkersson-Rosenthal syndrome is a rare condition of unknown etiopathogenesis. This syndrome is characterized by a triad of recurrent orofacial edema, recurrent facial palsy, and fissured tongue. In this paper two patients with Melkersson-Rosenthal syndrome are reported. Also the clinicopathologic aspects and diagnostic problems of this rare disease are discussed.
梅尔克森－罗森塔尔综合征是一种病因不明的罕见病症。该综合征的特征为复发性口面部水肿、复发性面瘫和沟纹舌三联征。本文报告了两例梅尔克森－罗森塔尔综合征患者。同时还讨论了这种罕见疾病的临床病理特征及诊断问题。
