The M.R.S. is an uncommon condition of uncertain pathogenesis and course. The classic triad of signs includes recurrent orofacial oedema, recurrent facial nerve palsy and lingua plica. Patient histories, histologic findings, clinical findings and treatment were reviewed in the literature. A comparison with medicines reported in literature revealed a different result. A conservative treatment approach is recommended.
Melkersson-Rosenthal综合征（M.R.S.）是一种发病机制和病程不明的罕见病症。典型的三联征包括复发性口面部水肿、复发性面神经麻痹和舌襞。对文献中的患者病史、组织学发现、临床发现及治疗情况进行了回顾。与文献中报道的药物进行比较得出了不同的结果。建议采用保守治疗方法。
