Abstract

Effective application of anticonvulsants is among the main problems of conservative management of epilepsy in children. Pharmacokinetics of two anticonvulsants, depakin and convulex, was studied in 33 epileptic patients. Its description, based on a mathematical model, permits selection of doses and frequency of administration so that concentration of the drug remains within the therapeutical range as long as possible. Introduction of methods of analysis of individual pharmacokinetics of anticonvulsants enhances efficacy of treatment by 30 per cent in children with epileptic attacks.

抗惊厥药物的有效应用是儿童癫痫保守治疗的主要问题之一。对33例癫痫患者研究了两种抗惊厥药物德巴金和康维来的药代动力学。基于数学模型对其进行描述,有助于选择药物剂量和给药频率,从而使药物浓度尽可能长时间地保持在治疗范围内。采用抗惊厥药物个体药代动力学分析方法可使癫痫发作儿童的治疗效果提高30%。
