We report a papillary carcinoma of thyroglossal duct cyst. Thyroglossal duct carcinoma is rare: only about 160 cases have been reported. Preoperative diagnosis of malignancy is even rare, except for a few cases by fine needle aspiration cytology or biopsy. A primary lesion or metastasis from the thyroid gland is widely discussed. However, the prognosis is good.
我们报告一例甲状舌管囊肿乳头状癌。甲状舌管癌很罕见：仅报道了约160例。除少数通过细针穿刺细胞学检查或活检确诊的病例外，术前诊断为恶性的情况更为罕见。关于原发性病变或甲状腺转移存在广泛讨论。然而，其预后良好。
