[Primary plastic surgery of skin defects with delto-pectoral flap after resection of disseminated neck tumors].

In the paper, the authors report their experience with the use of deltopectoral fat-cutaneous grafts for primary reconstruction of jugular skin defects after the combined therapy for malignant tumors. The technic of procurement of such grafts is described. The results of the plasty performed in 20 patients are reported. Favourable results were noted in 19 patients.
