[Primary dermoplasty with cervical pedicle flap after resection of locally spread mouth tumors].

In the paper the authors report their experience with application of a jugular fatcutaneous pedicled graft for primary reconstruction of defects of the oral mucous membrane following resection of localy spread malignant tumors under conditions of preliminary radiotherapy. Results of the plasty in 30 patients are reported. The technic of cutting out the graft is described.
