[Effect of antilymphocyte serum on the antigen-binding cells of the blood and the survival of skin grafts].

The author carried out comparative studies on rats to examine the effect of antilympholytic serum on the survival of skin transplants and the amount of natural rosette, which formed lymphocytes from the peripheral blood in vitro with sheep erythrocytes. There was a correlation dependence on the duration of the survival of transplants and inhibition of rosette formation during the first reaction for the rejection of the transplant.
