Optochiasmic arachnoiditis is a complex symptomatological ocular and neuroendocrine disease. We present a 32-years-old patient who was hospitalized in Ophthalmological Clinic from Iaşi because a slow visual acuity diminishing, visual field troubles and neurological symptoms which appeared after a cranial contusion. Ophthalmological and neurosurgical exams established "optochiasmic arachnoiditis" diagnosis, which was confirmed peroperator. The exceptional postoperator evolution was, after a while, eclipsed by final functional ocular result.
视交叉蛛网膜炎是一种复杂的具有症状学特征的眼部和神经内分泌疾病。我们介绍一位32岁的患者，他因颅脑挫伤后出现视力逐渐下降、视野障碍和神经症状而入住雅西眼科诊所。眼科和神经外科检查确诊为“视交叉蛛网膜炎”，术中得到证实。术后初期出色的恢复情况，一段时间后却因最终的眼部功能结果而黯然失色。
