[Problems of health care and decrease of morbidity among workers at the Moscow locomotive repair plant].

The article presents scientific results obtained in Russian Research Center for Railway Hygiene and connected with better organization of treatment, prophylaxis, sanitation and occupational hygiene in Moscow Locomotive Repair Works (MLRW). The authors represent data on transitory disablement morbidity for 1988-1992, which prove efficiency of sanitation approaches put into practice on MLRW. The article contains the main guidelines and prospects of cooperation between medical establishments, MLRW authorities, labor and sport organizations in accomplishment of the program called "Health".
