An analysis of observations of 747 patients with peritonitis is presented, 94 of them had toxico-septic shock. A classification of severity of the shock is proposed in the article as well as principles of making diagnosis and treatment at different steps of management of such patients.
本文对747例腹膜炎患者的观察结果进行了分析，其中94例发生了中毒性休克。文章提出了休克严重程度的分类方法，以及对此类患者在不同治疗阶段进行诊断和治疗的原则。
