[Pulmonary hypertension following use of fenfluramine for obesity].

Pulmonary hypertension was diagnosed in a 41-year-old woman after 16 months' use of fenfluramine as a treatment for obesity. Despite discontinuation, pulmonary pressure remained elevated. Drug-induced pulmonary hypertension is rare but has been reported relatively often after use of the sympathicomimetic agent aminorexfumarate, but also, although more rarely, of fenfluramine.
