[The possibilities for the pathogenetic therapy of ischemic heart disease under cardioselective loading].

The authors describe the method for the treatment of ischemic heart disease (IHD) with stenocardia at rest or tension which is refractory for basic therapy. This method consists of intravenous injection of phosphobion on the background of transesophageal electrocardiostimulation. Anti-ischemic and positive hemodynamic effects were marked during application of this method in 16 patients with IHD. On the contrary the traditional method based on administration of adesinotriphosphorous acid didn't give positive clinical results.
