Abstract
The prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers can be assisted by assessing the knowledge and caring of caregivers as well as by assessing the risk of patients. When assessing patients with pressure ulcers, it is perhaps as important to assess psychological factors and support systems as it is to assess the usual physical factors. Dividing patients into a passive pressure ulcer group and an active pressure ulcer group leads to better quality of treatment outcomes.

通过评估护理人员的知识和护理情况以及评估患者的风险，可以辅助压力性溃疡的预防和治疗。在评估患有压力性溃疡的患者时，评估心理因素和支持系统可能与评估常见的身体因素同样重要。将患者分为被动性压力性溃疡组和主动性压力性溃疡组可带来更好的治疗效果质量。
