[The use of an indirect immunoenzyme method in the diagnosis of leptospirosis].

Sensitivity and specificity of indirect immunoenzyme method for determining antileptospirosis antibodies have been studied. Supersound antigenic preparations are used as antigens. Determination of genus-specific antibodies and antibodies of more narrow specificity including serogroup specific ones is possible in the elaborated test. A spectrum of revealed serogroup specific antibodies expends in patients with leptospirosis when using polyvalent antigenic preparations.
