Abstract

A case of ovarian myxoma in a 12-year-old premenarchal girl is reported. This paper details the clinical presentation, gross and microscopic pathology, Immunocytochemical profile, and behavior of this rare tumor. The differential diagnosis and possible histogenesis is briefly discussed.
