This article will focus on the actual needs enumerated in the University of Maryland at Baltimore's Health Sciences Library/Information Services program entitled, Health Sciences Library: A New Building for Information Services Including the Health Sciences Library. These needs fall into one of 3 categories: collection, staff, and users.
