Fatigue is one of the most common complaint of medicine and a very usual manner of communication between people. We must avoid to offer any reductionism. Fatigue is often related with physical and psychological symptoms. The inquiry is always difficult. Asthenia is a fatigue without or before effort. The world of the patient is subverted and we have to try to discover the meaning of this strange situation.
疲劳是医学中最常见的主诉之一，也是人与人之间一种非常常见的交流方式。我们必须避免任何简化论。疲劳往往与身体和心理症状相关。问诊总是困难的。无力是一种在不活动或活动之前就出现的疲劳。患者的世界被颠覆了，我们必须努力去探寻这种奇怪状况的意义。
