Abstract
Holter ECG monitoring registered episodes of asymptomatic myocardial ischemia in 17.1% of patients at risk of coronary heart disease receiving treatment at the sanatorium. Such patients were recommended to adhere to sparing exercise regimen. Therapeutic measures were also taken to correct coronary heart disease risk factors.
