[A new case of Caffey's disease].

With reference to a new case of Caffey's disease, or infantile cortical hyperostosis, of maxillary origin, the authors stress in particular the necessity to eliminate the possibility of Silverman's syndrome and the diagnostic problem posed by chronic tumefactions of the angle in children.
