[Determination of the quality of fluorescent antibodies against human globulins using an antinuclear antibody standard].

The authors present data concerning the standardization of the assessment of fluorescent antibodies against human globulins. Fluorescent emision proved to depend on the biochemical indices of the conjugates and on the quality of the initial raw material of crude serum. Materials of quantitative recording of the strength of fluorescence of the nuclear antigen treated with fluorescent antibodies are presented. A difference between the activity and the specific activity (with respect to normal human serum) of the preparations was noted.
