Abstract

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) can contribute to cost-effective management in women with suspected myomas or adenomyosis and can provide precise presurgical mapping prior to myomectomy or correction of müllerian duct anomalies. MRI is also valuable in patients with suspected adnexal masses that are not detected sonographically or where definitive diagnosis of juxtauterine myoma, cystic teratoma, or hemorrhagic mass may alter management.

磁共振成像(MRI)有助于对疑似子宫肌瘤或子宫腺肌病的女性进行经济有效的管理,并能在子宫肌瘤切除术或米勒管畸形矫正术前提供精确的手术前定位。对于超声检查未发现的疑似附件肿块患者,或确诊为子宫旁肌瘤、囊性畸胎瘤或出血性肿块可能改变治疗方案的患者,MRI也很有价值。
