[Haemodynamic studies during anaesthesia with etomidate and neflurance in ge-iatric patients].

The influence of combined anaesthesia with enflurance and etomidate on the haemodynamics of the main and pulmonary vasculary systems was studied in geriatric patients. The results showed a decrease in cardiac output with consecutiv fall of the mean arterial pressure and a significant increase in mean pulmonary arterial pressure. According to our experiences there are less complications in cardiac andpulmonary system, when enflurance is combined with etomidate.
