[Osteocartilaginous homoplasty in surgery of focal lesions of the femur head].

The present communication is concerned with the problem of using osteocartilaginous homoplasty for diseases of the coxa of a nontuberculous origin. The data of observations over 53 operated patients (aseptic necrosis of the femoral head, gigantic cell tumor, deformating arthrosis, etc.) are reported. The procedure was a failure in 4 patients.
