Abstract
- The effect of glyburide (glibenclamide) treatment on the liver glycogen levels of diabetic rats have been studied. 2. 3 weeks treatment with glyburide (5 mg/kg, orally) increased liver glycogen and decreased blood glucose levels. 3. The results of this study demonstrated that the sulfonylurea, glyburide is capable of exerting direct insulin-like effects on liver glycogen values in vivo.

- 研究了格列本脲治疗对糖尿病大鼠肝脏糖原水平的影响。2. 用格列本脲（5毫克/千克，口服）治疗3周可增加肝脏糖原并降低血糖水平。3. 本研究结果表明，磺脲类药物格列本脲能够在体内对肝脏糖原值发挥直接的胰岛素样作用。
