The authors examined 88 patients with hyperthymic-hypochondriac disturbances. Their typological differentiation is presented. Clinical and prognostic heterogeneity of euphoria and dysphoric-maniacal hypochondria is conditioned by relationships between different comorbid elements within complicated affective-hypochondriac syndrome.
