Abstract
Hysterical neurological disturbances are encountered in 13% of neurological patients. The analysis of 150 hysteria cases and literature data provided the basis for positive diagnosis of hysterical neurological symptom. The principles involve the knowledge of typical hysteria manifestations, usage of special diagnostic tests and examination methods.
