Abstract

The penile venous system plays an important role in the haemodynamics of erection. Failure of the venous occlusive mechanism leads to venous incompetence and impotence. The authors have examined the functional capacity of the penile venous system by dynamic pharmacocavernosometry in 31 patients with erectile dysfunction. This diagnostic tool enables to evaluate quantitatively the extent of the venous incompetence. In 26 patients it was possible to localize cavernosographically the site of venous leakage through one of the three venous systems draining the penis. Dynamic cavernosometry and cavernosography together with systematic knowledge of the anatomy of the penile venous system are of primary importance for correct diagnosis and treatment of the erectile dysfunction caused by venous incompetence. 阴茎静脉系统在勃起的血流动力学中起重要作用。静脉闭塞机制失败会导致静脉功能不全和阳痿。作者通过动态药物海绵体测压法对31例勃起功能障碍患者的阴茎静脉系统功能进行了检查。这种诊断工具能够定量评估静脉功能不全的程度。在26例患者中,可以通过引流阴茎的三个静脉系统之一,在海绵体造影上定位静脉漏的部位。动态海绵体测压和海绵体造影以及对阴茎静脉系统解剖结构的系统了解,对于正确诊断和治疗由静脉功能不全引起的勃起功能障碍至关重要。(表2,图7,参考文献27)
